My Story

In 1997 I suffered a heamrragic Stroke my age was 49 not very old. I have no problem healthwise ,suddenly I started feeling  dizzy  and  quite unstable. With great difficulty I could reach my bed  and  lay  semiconsciuos on the bed. I could feel my Right side becoming cold . My family members got very worried and I was shitfed to a Hospital.
After doing all the invesgations, doctors  decided that I needed operation to remove the Heamtoma to lesson the disablity and to save my life.
I was  being  giving  very very hard excerise schedule twice a day which was pretty hard. I have lost my speech,got paralysis of Right side.
Now if you see me now it hard to think what I have been through .I am 90% improved,I can do every thing which a normal person will do.
My message to all those who are suffering with Stroke that Never give up,keep execersing regurally ,read books,have faith in God you will improve.When I got my stroke doctors told after one year ,you have reached the platue means I cannot improve further but I am still improving.
For those who are in the risk agewise,having high blood pressure,increased chlolestrol,labile blood pressure
should be very careful .
